Description• Master Schedule Planning - Communication with development and production engineers, purchasing division, quality division and each related plant in order to follow the production preparation plan - ECI (Engineering Change Instruction): check if each engineering changes are implemented according to the schedule - Milestone management: keeping track of critical points in planning and identify the risks for the project & mediate the communication to define countermeasures • Problem identification: identify problems and take countermeasures • Engineering change management • Production Preparation readiness follow-up at Plant
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business school or Engineering • You are fluent in English. • 3 years’ work experience in project management/change management in a manufacturing company (has practiced problem solving during the assignment) • You must be eager to learn. Training on-the-job will be provided • You are a flexible team-player who can adapt to the various international business cultures • You are good in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • You have good communication and negotiation skills • Good presentation skills is an asset • You are interested in technical issues and you are an open minded person • Going abroad for short or long periods does not scare you
